No llego con una tecnología ya elegida buscando un problema donde aplicarla. Llego a entender qué está pasando, qué le duele a tu operación o tu equipo, y desde ahí propongo.
Eso implica que a veces la respuesta no es la más cara, ni la más sofisticada, ni la que genera más horas de consultoría. La respuesta correcta es la que resuelve tu problema específico.
Y si hay varias opciones posibles, te las presento todas — con sus ventajas, sus costos reales, y mi recomendación honesta. Al final, tú decides.
I don't arrive with a technology already chosen, looking for a problem to apply it to. I arrive to understand what's happening, what's hurting your operation or your team, and I propose from there.
That means sometimes the answer isn't the most expensive, or the most sophisticated, or the one that generates the most consulting hours. The right answer is the one that solves your specific problem.
And if there are several possible options, I present them all — with their advantages, their real costs, and my honest recommendation. In the end, you decide.
